Set & Drift Presents CURRENT:
An Exhibition of Hand-Crafted Design
PATRONS’ NIGHT:
Wed. Sept 1, 2010
7-10 pm, $50 Patrons’ Circle donation: donate here
As a thank you to our 2010 Patrons, we’re inviting you to join the Current designers for a private gathering at The Bakery, in celebration of hand-crafted design. The evening includes a sneak preview of “Black Whale”, Kwangho Lee’s knitted lighting installation (which our collective of Patrons has helped bring to San Diego from Seoul) as well as first dibs on the goods at the exclusive pop up shop, featuring textiles, jewelry, and limited edition objects by 9 American designers. Join Set & Drift and the designers for a supper courtesy of the infamous MIHO Gastrotruck {hand-crafted gourmet street food}, a champagne toast, and live roots-Americana music by members of The Silent Comedy. With surprises from generous supporters including Olive View Vineyards & Winery, Vin de Syrah, Trumer Pils, Influx Cafe, Suzie’s Organic Farm, Halcyon Tea, Caxao Chocolates, New Belgium Brewing, The Linkery, Sea Rocket Bistro, The Pearl Hotel, Temecula Olive Oil, The 3rd Corner, Cafe Moto, and Honest Tea.
Not an official Patron yet? Join the circle today! A $50 tax deductible donation ($100 for two) makes you an official Patrons of 2010 programming! We couldn’t do it without you.
